This modified HTML 4.0 reference has it's basis is the Web Design Groups edition of the HTML 4.0 spec.
Thanks go to the Web Design Group, in particular Liam Quinn (who wrote most of the original HTML source) and John Pozadzides.
In the process of modifying this HTML spec, I may have introduced some errors. If so please email me and not the Web Design Group (i.e. all errors are mine).
All the pages in this combined Sausage Software and Web Design Group spec are copyright of Liam Quinn and Sausage Software 1998.
